Why? Because praise band worship services are man centered, anti-scripture, debacles of spiritual emptiness intended not to communicate biblical truth but actually to replace the truth with a lie. What lie? The lie that worship is about mankind and not about God. The lie that Church is about YOU and not about GOD.
In the guise of ‘praise’, God’s Word is abandoned. Nothing could be more heretical, from a Reformed/Protestant standpoint than that. Nothing.
If you attend a ‘church’ where ‘praise bands’ hold sway, get out of Sodom while you still can. Such churches offer neither real praise nor real worship. Instead, they praise fallen humanity and worship man.
