March 21, 1556, Thomas Cranmer is burnt at the stake in Oxford. Rather than recant at his public execution, Cranmer reaffirmed his belief that the Pope was the antichrist, and refused to return to the Catholic Church.

  2. I meant and typed “THAN”.
    Issues in writing in multiple languages, typing too fast and using Apple products with a bluetooth keyboard: I write THAN it renters “that” and vice versa; it and it yields “if” and vice versa! Apple products are not perfect if one uses multiple languages and not one default language. Sorry!
