Pentebabbleist Backpeddling

Read all about it….

“After an embarrassing number of wrong prophecies and bungled predictions about the 2020 election, a group of charismatic Christian leaders have released a four-page statement of ‘prophetic standards’ to help correct abuses in the movement”

With thanks to Deane for mentioning it.

Todd Bentley, Heretic and Sexual Predator is Returning to So Called Ministry

He’s heard from God…. (No he hasn’t but he says he has).

Bentley, who turned 45 last month, said as the coronavirus pandemic raged in parts of the country in the summer of 2020, he was experiencing a time of healing and restoration with angels and communing with God.

Pentebabbleist nutbaggery.

It was last summer in July/ August 2020 that I had a series of angelic encounters, visions and personal encounters with the Lord that were absolutely life-changing. At the same time Jess and I used this time to see healing and incredible restoration in our own lives and marriage. During this awesome season of almost daily personal encounters the Lord spoke to me about my 45th birthday, which took place on January 10, 2021,”

Nope. Don’t fall for it. It’s all fraud.

More Pentebabbleist Nutbaggery: The Claim that Heaven Says Trump is Still President…

You literally cannot make up this kind of insanity.

Pastor Johnny Enlow, who once said our nation’s future would involve the terms B.T. and A.T. (“Before Trump” and “After Trump”), that QAnon was “going to be proven so thoroughly,” and that the score of the College Football Championship was a sign that Trump would remain in power, is still spreading conspiracy theories. This time, he’s saying Trump is still president… according to Heaven.

“There’s all these dimensions that the Lord is coming to affect and change right now, and President Trump still has a very active, viable role in that,” Enlow said. “Believe me, God is doing things with him, and I won’t go into it more than that. But he’s not a passive player; he is recognized from Heaven [as] the primary government leader on planet Earth. People need to know that. From Heaven, President Trump is recognized as the primary government leader on planet Earth.

Forget the popular vote. Forget even the Electoral College. All that matters now is whatever the courts (?) of Heaven say.

These guys are mentally ill.

The Urinating Pastor on a Plane has been Identified: Daniel Chalmers

Detroit airport police have identified the North Carolina pastor accused of peeing on a passenger who let out “a blood curdling scream” as being from Raleigh.

Daniel Chalmers acknowledged having “a couple of drinks” before the Oct. 12 flight departed Las Vegas for Detroit, and that he was taking “prescribed medicine,” according to a police report released late Monday to The Charlotte Observer and other news outlets.

Police emailed the report in response to Freedom of Information Act requests filed by the Observer and other outlets.

Chalmers and his wife, Shara Lea Chalmers, lead Love Wins Ministries in Raleigh. Chalmers also is on staff at Catch the Fire Raleigh-Durham church, according to his bio on lovewinsministries.com.

Chalmers did not reply to phone and email messages from the Observer on Tuesday.

Love wins, but it doesn’t pee on women on planes.  Two questions arise:  what’s he doing drinking?  And what’s he doing in Las Vegas?

His background is acting….  and pentebabbleism…

Danny Chalmers passionately pursues the presence of Jesus and has one goal in life: to love like Jesus. With a background in acting, Danny loves the creative brilliance of God. After serving for years at Church in the Son by loving fatherless and special needs children, taking men through inner healing and deliverance, and preaching the gospel on the streets, God sent Danny to Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. There, Danny served and lead in the healing rooms and developed a passion for Jesus to get His full reward.  … Danny functions strongly in the prophetic, miracles, signs and wonders.

Yeah, sure he does.  Sure. He. Does.  Blerg.

More Pentebabbleist Nutbaggery: Christians Using Spells to Protect Against Witches

They can call them ‘declarations‘ if they want to, but they are ‘spells’.  The worst of it is, the irony of their using spells against witches escapes them…

Declarations Against Witchcraft

—I bind and rebuke every witchcraft curse sent to inflict pain, sickness and death on me, in Jesus’ name.

—I speak and declare that I am covered with the blood of Jesus. I dispatch angels to guard and protect me, and I decree that no weapon formed against me will prosper.

—I rescind every demonic assignment sent to thwart my destiny. I speak and decree that demonic infiltrations of my soul and astral projection will not monitor my activities. No curses will be sent forth on my behalf, and everything spoken out into the spiritual atmosphere from demonic sources will be burned up by the fire of God. Fire of God, apprehend my enemies.

—I annihilate every spiritual force that has been sent forth in operation to cause and create physical destruction, delay and distraction, in Jesus’ name.

—My life will go forth unhindered. Every witchcraft curse and evil operation, I eradicate you from my life, in Jesus’ name.

And who is the ‘theologian’ who came up with this rubbish?

Kathy DeGraw is a prophetic deliverance minister. She is the founder of Kathy DeGraw Ministries and K Advancement LLC. Kathy hosts a podcast show called Prophetic Spiritual Warfare. She is the author of several books; Speak Out, Discerning and Destroying the Works of Satan, and Unshackled. She is empowering people and setting the captives free through her many e-courses at charismacourses.com.

Oh, so she’s the one ’empowering’ people?  Well good luck with that.   These folk need to step away from the Bible and never talk about it.  They don’t understand it.

This is Why You Should Never Get Your Theology From Pentebabbleist Preachers Like Brian Houston

Hillsong Church founder Brian Houston has urged his fellow pastors to stand up against Australia’s COVID-19 restrictions, claiming Christians are being discriminated against as numbers at church services remain limited.

In a series of social media posts, the Sydney, Australia-based pastor criticized the New South Wales government over restrictions on church service attendance while other coronavirus restrictions are being loosened.

“It’s time church leaders unite to take a stand. We are all committed to keeping people safe, but it seems churches are not even being considered for a steady easing of restrictions,” Houston wrote on Instagram.

He doesn’t care about people.  He just wants the appearance of popularity.  Like all publicity questers.  Stop getting your theology from people who aren’t theologians.  Just stop it.  STOP IT.

When Pentebabbleist ‘Theology’ Goes Wrong, People can Die

Theology matters.  Bad theology leads to bad decisions.  And people can die.

A conservative evangelical pastor has suggested to his followers that God will help multiply their toilet rolls amid the coronavirus pandemic.

In a clip posted to Twitter, pastor Rodney Howard-Browne, leader of the Florida-based Revival Ministries International, told his congregation that “this should be a time of supernatural sustenance, where what you have in your hand will multiply.”

“And every day there will be multiplications,” he continued. “You look at your toilet paper and you think I’m going to run out of toilet paper, but you have another roll where that one was and you don’t know how did that even take place.”

Howard-Brown added: “Are the toilet paper rolls getting together and having families now? What is taking place? When you look again, there’s still enough. You think you’re going to run out but when you look again there’s still enough. That’s supernatural sustenance.”

In Tampa Bay, Florida, At ‘River’ ‘Church’ Yesterday…

COVID-19 denial was part of the service…

@joshtpm –Big church arrive taking place now in Florida, live-streamed. COVID denial part of the sermon.

This is not wisdom.  This is tempting God.

UPDATEWell look who has been arrested…  More here.

Howard-Browne has officially been arrested and looks none too pleased in his mug shot. He’s been booked for unlawful assembly and for violating health and safety rules.

Hobby Lobby Workers Urged to Stay on the Job Because Mr Green’s Wife Had a Vision From God…

Blerg.

First of all, I think prayer is a good thing.  Second, private visions from God are always cause for skepticism.  Third, when those private visions endanger others, but not the visionary, then they are not only questionable, they are highly dubious.

Again, listen to health professionals.  Not those having private visions.  They’re heretical.

The Pentebabbleist Pastor Who Thinks Coronavirus is a Political Plot…

A pastor in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, says he will defy government orders intended to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The Oneness Pentecostal congregation met on Tuesday, despite the declaration of a state-wide public health emergency banning gatherings of 50 or more people. Life Tabernacle Church plans to meet again on Sunday, setting up a possible legal clash between religious liberty protections and the state’s authority to respond to a pandemic.

“The virus, we believe, is politically motivated,” pastor Tony Spell told CNN affiliate WAFB. “We hold our religious rights dear, and we are going to assemble no matter what someone says.”

The church typically draws more than 1,000 attendees on Sunday. About 300 gathered Tuesday night and the pastor posted a 25-minute clip of the service from Central City News on his Facebook page. Ministers passed out anointed handkerchiefs and Spell preached about fear.

“This is an extreme test brought on us by the spirit of antichrist and the mystery of lawlessness,” he told the congregation. “What good is the church in an hour of peril if the the church craters and caves in to the fears and the spirits of torment in our society?”

Etc.  Lunatic.
