Applications have opened for the Miriam Usher Chrisman Travel Fellowship and the Anne Jacobson Schutte Early Career Research Grant! Both grants are designed to support advanced graduate students (and in the case of the Schutte grant, early career scholars) who need to go to Europe to do research. Because of the uncertainties of covid, we delayed advertising the grants as long as we could, and certainly the Society will be willing to work with scholars who need to postpone European travel because of covid closures or other obstacles. Right now, though, we want to distribute these funds in keeping with the donors’ intentions!
Application instructions are available on the SRR website at https://www.reformationresearch.org/awards.html. The due date this year is May 15, 2021. Please feel free to distribute this information widely!
