I’m Probably Going to Make Some People Mad… But…

The miserable part of all this is that it reminds me of getting in trouble as a kid and being told ‘wait till your Father gets home’. What torture those hours were. Beat me now and get it over with, Mother.

But she enjoyed the torture. She loved watching the misery.

I’d rather get a virus and deal with overcoming it than sit around waiting weeks or months to get it and being miserable in the anticipation.

I’m just speaking for myself, and trust me, I have no intention of running out and getting some virus just to be done with it.  But the frustration is real.

  1. Milton Almeida - The Grace Ambassador says:

you gotta be my twin separated at birth, except that I was not endowed with a brain and you were with yours and the portion that should be mine! I feel the same way. Although my company is paying for my forced leave, I still drive for Uber, something I really enjoy, even when banned by my sons from visiting them for a while. I am in high risk due to health conditions and, probably age, but I am well, I check my temp every two hours, and feel well. I am not acting as if I live under marcial law! If I get infected I will deal with it not to infect anyone and survive.
