The Chief Error of Modern Christianity

The chief error of modern Christianity is the notion that the Church needs the world more than the world needs the Church.  And the world is taking full advantage of that error and is successfully coercing the Church to adopt its viewpoint on many important issues.

This is why the likes of Osteen and Moltmann have large followings:  their disciples are of the opinion that the world doesn’t need the Church so the Church must find a way to appease the world in order to find a place at the table.
