Robert Black Should Be Executed, or More Accurately, Exterminated

That’s why it’s a shame that Britain doesn’t have the death penalty.  For if anyone deserves to suffer the ultimate penalty of crime it’s people who molest or murder children.  And Robert Black has murdered four of them.

The notorious Scottish paedophile was found guilty of kidnapping and murdering nine-year-old Jennifer Cardy in Northern Ireland 30 years ago.  The jury returned its verdict at Armagh Crown Court on the second day of deliberation at the end of a high-profile five week trial.  The schoolgirl was snatched as she cycled to a friend’s house in the quiet Co Antrim village of Ballinderry on August 12 1981.  Her body was found six days later in a dam behind a roadside layby 15 miles away at Hillsborough, Co Down.  In 1994, Black was convicted of three unsolved child murders in the 1980s – 11-year-old Susan Maxwell, from the Scottish Borders, five-year-old Caroline Hogg, from Edinburgh, and Sarah Harper, 10, from Morley, near Leeds – and a failed abduction bid in Nottingham in 1988.

There’s no reason at all this man, this creature, should be allowed to continue living.  The death penalty can be dreadfully inappropriate.  But it isn’t in this case.  It just isn’t.  The British populace shouldn’t have to continue to see to his feeding, sheltering, or care.  He deserves to be exterminated.  And he should be.

  1. I’ve wanted to ask you about this. Given that a number of folks have recently asked the question, “Can a Christian be pro-life and pro-death penalty at the same time?”, where do you stand. Clearly you advocate for this supreme penalty in cases involving children, but what beyond that? I’ve long been an advocate of the death penalty, though I’ve narrowed a bit concerning what crimes are worthy. Just curious as to your thoughts.

    • i’m, in principle, totally against the death penalty. just as i oppose abortion- because both are murder. but, and to me at least this is important- a person who will molest or murder a child is a person who simply has ceded the right to live. they should be eliminated for the sake of humanity. those beasts are the only exception i’m willing to make.
