A couple of teen thugs in Charlotte have been charged with 9 burglaries and have admitted to 50.
Two teens have been charged with at least nine car break-ins in Rock Hill during the past few months, police say. Rameek Davis and Thomas Clinton Jordan Lockridge, both 18 of Rock Hill, were arrested Tuesday and Wednesday. They have confessed to more than 50 car break-ins, said Lt. Brad Redferan with Rock Hill Police. All of the break-ins were centralized on the I-77 corridor, which includes Dave Lyle Boulevard, Celanese Road and Cherry Road. Further charges are pending, he said. Every vehicle the teens confessed to breaking into were unlocked and had items in visible sight, he added.
The moral: lock your car and be vigilant- there are depraved kids out there and they’re starting their criminal careers young.
