Is It Because I’m Not There, UK?

12 Apr

You seemed happy enough in January when I was there last.  Is it because I left?  Don’t worry, cheer up, I’ll be back soon.

Britons becoming ‘increasingly miserable’, warns Action for Happiness campaign.

Action for happiness campaign… that sounds like something right up my alley!  Next time I’m there, I’ll join.  Then I can spread happiness even more effectively.  Who knows, even the mennonites might get happy.

Well, at least now I have an excuse to call Britons “selfish” and “anti-social”.

You’re going back to Great Britain, Jim? Good thing gun ownership is so low there. Of course, there’s always knives and ropes for suicide. 😛

Ah, we may seem happy, but we are masters of masking our true miserableness, t’is the English way….

Amen Stuart, the longer I am away from England, the less I miss the “English” miserableness! I do however miss my oldest son, and the London bookshops. And also a bit of the countryside, mostly down to Cornwall!
