I’m Huge in New Zealand!

According to Alexa

Zwingliusredivivus.wordpress.com’s three-month global Alexa traffic rank is 65,692. While roughly 60% of the site’s visitors are in the US, where it is ranked #18,286, it is also popular in New Zealand, where it is ranked #802. Visitors to it spend about 47 seconds on each pageview and a total of sixteen minutes on the site during each visit.

16 minutes per visit. That’s cool. That’s longer than most people read books published by ‘big names’. But the exciting bit is that in New Zealand, I’m #802! I finally cracked the top 1000.

Oh, and my 7 day and one month Alexa rankings?

7 day    50,448
1 month     64,376

actually it’s probably more specific than that – alot of your conservative criticism of Obama’s internal policy might make we more laid back kiwis cringe (but that possibly interests us less), but it’s our agreement with your attitude to American foreign policy and influence in the world which I think would draw the kiwi throngs – in my laid back kiwi opinion.

well not to mention all the kiwi bloggers who lovingly link to your posts time and again, however, it is worth mentioning that after NZ I am big in America, (relatively speaking) but the UK and Aus not so much, although they all visit me me more often than Sweden, might be a language barrier thing.

actually all the kiwi bloggers I know of who link here are much more politically (and theologically) conservative than the general kiwi so they’ll approve of all the ranting against human sexual diversity etc 😉 But it occurred to me that the “16 minutes” thing is more a reflection that we’re notoriously slow readers, and / or we will tend to leave the computer going while we either make another cup of gumboot or go and move the sheep.
