“whoever divorces his wife, except for adultery, and marries another woman commits adultery.”
First of all the translation the blogger uses is wrong, “except for adultery” Jesus was most likely referring to the incestuous relationship of Herod Antipas which made it an illegal marriage by Jewish law.
Divorce is wrong, wrong, wrong. There is not real exceptions clause. However, the grace of God is so, so, so great.
